Regional Workshop "Corruption in Public Procurement: Prevention, Detection, and Investigation Methods"

The event, over two days, provided a platform for 35+ representatives of national anti-corruption agencies, regulatory authorities and civil society in 10 Arab countries to share their country experiences in strengthening integrity in public procurement in line with article 9 of UNCAC, including successful examples from Tunisia, Palestine, Lebanon and the Republic of Korea.

The second part was a Training of Trainers (ToT) on specialized techniques to detect and investigate complex corruption cases in public procurement. The trained trainers committed to follow up with country-specific trainings for their peers in their respective countries.
