ACINET's Members Discussed the Cooperation in Recovering Stolen Assets

A number of ACINET's members and its Non-Governmental Group participated in the Second Session of Baghdad International Forum entitled "Recovering Stolen Assets preserves people’s dignity and rebuilds homelands" held on 9 and 10 April 2014. And they held on the side of the forum a closed meeting to discuss how to provide tangible support for the Arab efforts related to recovery of stolen assets derived from corruption, and to identify potential areas of cooperation in 2015-2017 with the United Nations Development Programme in the framework of its regional project on Anti-Corruption and Integrity in the Arab Countries.
