Parliamentary workshop on Tunisian asset declaration, conflict of interest and illicit enrichment bill

Organized by: UNDP Tunisia in cooperation with INLUCC, UNDP-ACIAC and ACINET

More than 60 participants including parliamentarians, parliamentary advisers, representatives of oversight agencies and representatives of the civil society attended the parliamentary workshop on “Tunisian asset declaration, conflict of interest and illicit enrichment bill” engaging in discussions around the main provisions of the bill, experiences and lessons learned in presence of experts from Kuwait and France. The workshop also helped to identify the mechanisms needed to ensure an effective implementation of the law.
