Training on Governance of Public Hospitals in Tunisia

The training sessions on the Governance of Public Hospitals took place in three selected public hospitals, which are Rabta university hospital on 18 January, the regional hospital at Jendouba on 19 January and the regional hospital at Djerba (Sadok Mekaddem) on 23 January. The trainings aimed at introducing principles of governance for public hospitals, audit frameworks and disclosure practices. It came in the framework of the cooperation between the Government of Tunisia (GoT) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with the support of Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to implement the Project on Democratic Governance and Public Accountability (2016-2019) in synergy with the UNDP Regional Project on Anti-Corruption and Integrity in Arab Countries (ACIAC).
